Graphic Design & Visual Design Specialist II (Keynote)

Job Description

About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 firm and the leading immigration services provider, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to support our design efforts. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in design, with a strong proficiency in data visualization, creative tools, and productivity software. You will work on creating visually compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and messages effectively.

This role will be based with Fragomen in our Phoenix, AZ location.

How will you make a difference as a Visual Designer at Fragomen?

• Work cross-functionally with members of client and Fragomen teams during the completion of projects to create engaging content and presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Apple Suite (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) for document preparation, data analysis and collateral creation.
• Develop and design compelling presentations using Keynote and other design tools.
• Extract meaningful data from Tableau and other platforms to create presentations, infographics, and other forms of data visualizations.
• Cultivate design material to communicate analytical information in a way that fits the look and feel of our client’s brand
• Create and maintain templates for Weekly Meetings, Annual Business Reviews and Townhall Decks
• Build email templates in Outlook with visuals
• Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in design, data visualization, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Apple Keynote (Presentations)
  • Apple Pages (Reports and Document Design)
  • Apple Numbers (Basic Data Handling)
  • Microsoft Excel (Data Analysis, Charts)
  • Microsoft Word (Document Creation)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Presentations)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visual elements.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
