Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain pitch book material for the Products and Services team and Financial Consultants in addition to ensuring all materials are accurate.
  • Develop, manage and execute marketing collateral for all other Products and Services areas, which incorporates multiple mediums, including brochures and presentations.
  • Maintain, review and update information on the Stephens Intranet.
  • Maintain a management system and ensure the content is compliant with regulatory requirements and firm guidelines.
  • Ensure all documents support company branding, marketing messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Partner with the Communications Director and Product and Service to develop and manage all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support to PWM Administration to enhance daily management of the department and serve as a resource for special projects as required.
  • Perform other tasks or related duties as required or assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience or training
  • An equivalent combination of education, training or experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Must be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily, specifically delivering creative ideas and having an excellent eye for detail. A portfolio of creative samples is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar programs. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience delivering high-quality, accurate, and appropriately branded work product.
  • Demonstrated professional-level writing experience and communication skills. Strong knowledge of grammar and composition rules required for editing and proofreading material.
  • A creative and critical eye for design.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all staff teams.
  • Digital/social media and web design experience is a plus.
