Job Description
As a Graphic Designer at Frost, you will:
- Develop content aligned with Frost's brand identity to effectively communicate our value across multiple channels and touchpoints that both digital and physical
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to efficiently deliver on ad-hoc social media content as well as awareness and campaign content and collateral
- Participate in strategy meetings with Marketing management to assist in the formulation of Frost's creative message
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all graphic design and marketing trends to ensure all visuals are effective
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience developing designs for multiple lines of business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe, Figma and other relevant software
