The Role
As a member of the Marketing team, you’re charged with helping to build out the visual identity and communication systems for the company brand and product portfolio. The company recently refreshed its brand positioning and identity system and needs you to help bring the brand fully to life. In this role, you are responsible for designing, updating, proofing and releasing both digital and print assets. If you're a self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail, is organized and can multitask, manage time efficiently and work well within the team and cross-functionally, then we would love to have you join the team.
What You Will Do
- Refine and build out the visual identity styles and assets to continually elevate the Bloomerang brand
- Support the ongoing development and integration of various brands into the Bloomerang portfolio
- Develop creative briefs to outline scope and concepts of design projects
- Own long-term design responsibilities, providing strategic insight and support to drive successful outcomes and continual improvements
- Work closely with marketing teammates and other departments to achieve project goals and develop design concepts that align with our brand and mission
- Work strategically with marketing partners, writers, and content creators to ensure copy and design work together to achieve desired outcomes
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, keeping stakeholders well informed of progress and timelines
- Manage contract designers to ensure projects align to brand standards and are delivered on time, on budget
- Stay current with design trends and technologies to bring fresh concepts and approaches to the team
What You Need to Succeed
- Mastery in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience creating marketing assets (in-house preferred).
- Minimum of four years experience in graphic design
- Ability to understand brand standards and deliver consistent results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intentional design aesthetic and strong typographic skills.
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Time management, project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
- Animation skills a plus

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $78,000 - $106,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
