Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team working across Devoted Studios and Fusion.

You will help up-level our visual identity and take our creative content to the next level, whether it be amazing social media content, cool new banners on our Fusion platform, or stunning graphics in marketing presentations to win new game development projects. Devoted works with the biggest names in the video game and entertainment industry so the content you create needs to shine and resonate with this audience.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of design principles. Experience with digital design tools, an ability to adapt to different visual styles, and excellent collaboration skills are essential for this role.

The vacancy is 100% remote and we are hiring in Latin America!!

Core Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of Devoted’s visual identity, ensuring it aligns with our brand positioning 
• Ensure Devoted’s visual identity is consistently applied across our website, platform, social media, ads, sales decks, and merchandise.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in design principles, with the ability to evaluate design quality, apply principles effectively, and defend design choices with clear rationale.
• Create performance-oriented designs incorporating feedback received through A/B testing, user interviews, and competitive analysis
• Become a voice at the table with the social media team and other marketing creatives to ensure all media consistently aligns with our brand’s visual standards.
• Develop engaging visual graphics across multiple formats - Google Slides, event material, email banners, online marketing material, presentation material, etc
• Partner closely with the Marketing, Production, and Product Management teams to be the expert at the table around graphic design; ensuring consistent visual identity across the business
• Review creative material to ensure it meets brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design across different formats and channels e.g. Google Slides, social media, websites, and other marketing channels
• Strong communication skills; able to effectively communicate with different departments across the company
• Effective time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and communicate status to stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for video games and the game industry
• Proficiency in design software e.g. Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint
• Strong ideation and problem-solving skills with a positive, action-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
