WeLearn is a recently created startup founded by two former Google and Facebook Strategists and Project Managers experiencing extremely rapid growth. At WeLearn we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses. We are an extremely motivated ambitious and passionate team. HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU

As graphic designer you will be creating visually appealing and impactful designs for marketing materials branding websites social media and more. You will collaborate with creators marketing teams and other WeLearn people to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with the brand identity and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create digital graphics for websites social media email campaigns and ads while maintaining brand consistency across all materials in adherence to brand guidelines.

• Assist account teams with presentations for creative and new business pitches.

• Select appropriate fonts and colour schemes to enhance design readability aesthetics and emotional impact.

• Arrange visual elements images and text harmoniously to create visually appealing compositions.

• Communicate effectively with our creators and colleagues to understand needs provide design updates and incorporate feedback.

• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graphic Design related background (studies work experience project experience or portfolio)

• Proficiency in design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop and Illustrator. You would also occasionally use Canva to collaborate with creators on basic designs.

• Strong understanding of design principles including layout typography colour theory and visual hierarchy.

• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends software updates and industry best practices.

• Full working proficiency in English

• Other European languages are a plus
