The Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director and work across several departments. This role is based in Los Angeles and is a full-time staff position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design on-brand creative assets from concept to execution optimized for multiple digital, print, and social platforms - including social posts, in-stadium graphics, email, app, OOH, flyers, merchandise, digital ads, presentation decks, and more.
- Ensure a high level of creativity in a style that is consistent and cohesive with the ACFC brand identity.
- Contribute to future brand updates and innovations.
- Create the 2024+ season look and feel alongside the design team.
- Work alongside other team members to support the development of assets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to work both independently and with members of the design team on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work within strict time frames with changing priorities and conditions.
- Strong portfolio with verifiable graphic design skills - a digital portfolio submission is required.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software is preferred, but not necessary.
- Experience with After Effects, Sketch, or Figma is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics is a bonus.

This position will typically work on a flexible hybrid schedule: in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and from home on Monday and Friday. In-season, the graphic designer is required to work from the stadium in Los Angeles for home matches, and work-from-home during away matches. This sometimes includes weekends, weeknights, or holidays depending on the team’s match schedule.

Compensation
In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $65k-75k depending on experience.
