Graphic Designer

Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage firm, is searching for a corporate Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The Graphic Designer is a non-exempt position dually-reporting to the department Supervisor and Manager.

This role requires a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy as well as the ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment. The individual will be expected to become knowledgeable about the commercial real estate brokerage industry.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Calabasas, CA is $25.00 - $30.00/hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. 

Skillset and Essential Functions:

• Create high-end real estate offering memoranda and presentations for print and digital distribution.
• Create custom infographics, iconography, mapping, site plan, eblast, and other presentation graphics.
• Serve as project manager for all assignments, communicating directly with external clients (agents).
• Liaise with in-house stakeholders and production staff to ensure quality of product and on-time delivery of materials.
• Ability to multi‐task and accurately meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a relevant role.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent education and experience.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate or related industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients (agents) and internal support teams.
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite core applications is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications is required.
• Experience with SalesForce or comparable CRM software is a plus.
