Responsibilities:

Our Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content that reflects Logility's corporate brand standards and style while differentiating Logility from its competitors. The bullets below with be what it takes to do so:

  • Interpret the Creative Briefs and Brand Style Guide to deliver fresh, polished visual content
  • Delivery of the design, layout, and production of marketing assets, for example, infographics, digital imagery, booth designs, and MSFT PPT presentations
  • Provide basic video editing support, including the addition of intro/outro, editing for timing, and applying Logility branding
  • Project manage video production requests with outside agencies
  • Proactively research and self-educate on subject matter that needs to be portrayed graphically
  • Provide recommendations and alternatives to showcase creative options
  • Manage and communicate multiple content plans in a central system (SmartSheets or other) to ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and requirements
  • In collaboration with the Content Production Specialist, maintain all assets in a digital library, ensuring brand usage is based on latest standards
  • Support evolution of the Creative Brief templates to ensure it offers needed guidance to drive efficient development of designs and visuals
  • Manage and oversee the Brand Style Guide, ensuring quarterly reviews of how the designs are performing in-market

Requirements:

  • Preferred location: U.S. Eastern or Central Time Zones
  • Requires a minimum 5 years of design experience in agency, or in an enterprise marketing department
  • Adobe CC "big 3" - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Preferred: Video editing - Adobe Premier (After Effects a plus)
  • Preferred: basic principles of photography - DSLR usage, lighting, etc.
  • Preferred: knowledge of HTML5, CSS, WordPress
  • Experience designing PowerPoint presentations
  • Demonstrated history of design performance through digital portfolio
