Role: Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)

Reports To: Head of Marketing (London, UK)

Key Relationships: Global Marketing Team (paid media, SEO, copywriters, designers)

Job Purpose: We are seeking a talented graphic designer with a passion for creative thinking and creating clean, compelling designs. Working within Easyship's global marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to take the lead on a range of creative projects. We are seeking someone who is ambitious with the skills and vision to push our existing design guidelines to the next level while maintaining a strong brand identity.

What you'll do:

• Create highly engaging visual content for all of our digital touchpoints from social media and email marketing to website graphics, imagery and infographics.
• Responsible for the conceptualization, design and execution of our overall customer experience including brand guidelines and design direction across the business.
• Take the lead of the creative success of multiple medium-sized to large projects from start to finish – often working on several projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all final design deliverables for a project are pixel-perfect, clearly labeled and organized in shared folders to foster greater collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team and all cross-functional stakeholders to build an efficient and standardized production framework.
• Always be learning: stay-up-date on the latest design and UX/UI trends, competitor creative, and SaaS industry best practice to continually test, learn and optimize design activities and evolve the brand overtime. 

Who you are:

• Excellent creative and graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong ability to grab attention and visually communicate key messages in an concise and captivating way
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• 3+ years of experience in design within an agency or in-house role
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-manage
• Flexible, collaborative, and has a can-do attitude
