We are seeking a talented, experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in both graphic design and website development to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to and expand our visual identity and online presence while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own CoreWeave’s visual identity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital materials, ensuring brand consistency and a high level of creativity
- Maintain the company website by integrating design elements, content updates, and ensuring seamless functionality using HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript; experience with Webflow is highly preferred
- Design and code responsive email templates, banners, landing pages, and other marketing assets to enhance online campaigns and user engagement
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, provide design assets, and troubleshoot design-related issues
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's visual brand guidelines, ensuring that all design assets align with the brand identity and messaging
- Occasionally contribute to design projects beyond digital platforms, such as print collateral, event materials, and promotional items

- 4+ years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative design projects, including websites, digital assets, and print materials
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a good understanding of responsive design principles and basic JavaScript knowledge
- Familiarity with web development tools and frameworks, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch, Webflow strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
- Passionate about high-performance compute, cloud technology, AI and machine learningÂ
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
