Mission:
As the Graphic Designer you will play a key role in creating visually compelling and innovative designs by leveraging both traditional and AI technology. Under the direction of the Creative Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that enhance brand identity, engage audiences, and drive business objectives across various marketing channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for a wide variety of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to integrate design solutions into our marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Utilize traditional and AI-powered design tools and techniques to create personalized and dynamic visual experiences that resonate with our target audience and drive desired actions.
- Leverage a strong grasp of graphic design principles to ensure that our designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology and graphic design trends, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and techniques to enhance our design capabilities and outcomes.

What makes you the hero for this job?
- Relevant certifications or coursework in AI and graphic design.
- Proven track record of success in graphic design roles, with at least 2 years of experience creating visually compelling designs for various marketing channels.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in graphic design.
- Comfortable navigating Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points if you’re a fan of Figma.
- Strong creative and visual design skills with the ability to create innovative and engaging designs that drive user engagement and conversion.
- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute innovative design strategies that enhance brand identity and drive business objectives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
