Graphic Designer

BLN24 is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. 
What you bring to the Game: 

• Manage and execute client vision – Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand the assignment, audience and intended message. Create original visual designs that communicate the desired intentions in a visually appealing, creative, and unified way. Consult with team members as needed and revise projects when necessary based on feedback. Coordinate all production requirements and provide final approval notification. 
• Design and detail – Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral. You will conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts and present ideas, and develop illustrations, layouts and other graphical designs. 
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong experience with layout design and typography
• Content Development: Create engaging content, including factsheets, infographics, and, tailored to the interests and needs of the target audience.
