You are ready for your Transformation if you have…

• Proven experience in designing for both digital and print media, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of creative assets (e.g., marketing materials, social media graphics, web elements, event print materials)

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• An eye for detail, with a strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory

• Experience in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ideally using a project management tool like Monday.com

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments

• A proactive attitude towards brainstorming and contributing creative ideas in team sessions

• The ability to work within an established brand identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials

• Designing and creating marketing assets based on input from various stakeholders, ensuring all outputs are visually engaging and on-brand

• Effectively planning and managing your time to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines

• Collaborating with the Content & Creative team and other departments to transform written or spoken ideas into compelling visual designs

• Overseeing the design and QA process for all project materials, ensuring adherence to best practices and brand guidelines

• Contributing creative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes
