Key job responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute designs for print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and integrate them into the creative process.
• Conduct quality control checks on design deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.

 
Required skills & experience:

• Strong project management and time management skills.
• 5+ years of experience in IT industry
• Excellent English communication abilities for both remote and U.S.-based interactions.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role, including demonstrated experience working with a US-based company on multiple projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
• Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies, familiar with U.S. business culture and communication norms.
• High level of design conceptualization.
• Creative and strategic approach to visual communication.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity
