Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos designs print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards social media competitive landscape and market trends
• Video editing and graphic design using various Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Premiere After Effects Audition Photoshop Illustrator)
• Create graphic design work for videos and static graphics for emails social media internal digital platforms.
• Light photo editing and image resizing.
• Ability to create on-brand 2D motion graphics animations. Strong skills in After Effects preferred.
• Handle own editing workload including calendar planning and balancing editing workload to stay on schedule.
• Foster a positive proactive collaborative and creative work atmosphere
• Keep current with the latest developments and trends in video production
• Process video upload requests and additional administrative duties such as compressing videos organizing and archiving video or design content creating pre-production booklets and other administrative tasks.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong sense of design and brand
• 2D Animation graphics experience required; illustration and 3D animation experience a plus
• Proficiency Adobe Premiere Adobe After Effects Photoshop and other Creative Suite products
• Knowledge of compression standards across multiple platforms
• Creative thinker and innovator with an acute eye for engaging visual storytelling
• Ability to adjust artistic vision based on the needs of the client and/or project goals
