Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to be a part of our talented in-house Marketing team.You will play an integral role in the creation of marketing communications, branded materials and experiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative, passionate, detail oriented and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You are flexible, adapt quickly to change, and will work closely with the CMO and Brand/Content leads to help execute final deliverables.

You will…

• Design and execute all branded materials including social & digital assets, emails, assets, event collateral, product marketing materials, thought leadership, internal content, and more
• Partner collaboratively and iteratively with the Marketing team to deliver on-brand, elevated content that is visually appealing
• Translate creative requests into conceptual, thoughtful designs
• Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to proactively share ideas and concepts that go beyond your daily tasks
• Be as comfortable designing social assets as you are developing systems
• Seamlessly prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects on various timelines
• Work cross-collaboratively across the organization to support a variety of creative tasks and ensure seamless workflow and delivery

You have…

• Proven graphic design experience at an agency or with a fast-paced, in-house team
• Experience working on design, production, and adaption of assets to across channels and platforms, specifically social media
• A strong portfolio of conceptual ideas, layout, color, and typography (online portfolio required) and a passion to contribute ideas beyond the scope of their role
• Expert with design software and technologies (such as Adobe CC including, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Figma; basic HTML a plus!)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
