What will you be doing?  

• Align with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.  
• Conceptualize and design unique and cohesive content for websites, e-commerce platforms, and sales collateral. 
• Develop creative themes that instill trust in our brands/products and compel customers to take action 
• Provide a vision and creative direction for product photography, in the studio and in real-world settings 
• Develop storyboards for video content 
• Collaborate with brand merchandisers to understand the market, products, and develop authentic assets that resonate with our customers 
• Proactively provide effective marketing strategies that are backed by data and support the goals of the brand 
• Adhere to brand guidelines, creative processes, and overarching goals of the brand/projects

• Proven graphic design experience (3-5 years), demonstrated through a strong, well-rounded portfolio 
• Proficiency in software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), AI tools, and automation of repetitive tasks. 
• An organized and analytical mindset, with the ability to effectively prioritize workload. 
• High attention to detail, with an eagerness to learn and grow. 
• Photography/videography experience preferred. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.  
• Ability to problem solve autonomously and collaboratively while embracing and driving change.  
• Courageous in design decisions and communication with teammates and clients when determining optimal creative solutions.  
• Energized by managing multiple projects and priorities while hitting deadlines.  
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

This role is Hybrid capable with some onsite requirements at our headquarters in Urbana, Iowa.
