The Graphic Designer will be responsible for development of on-brand, on-strategy creative content across a variety of mediums and initiatives to support all the Mars Petcare brands. This person will ensure continuity in visual identity and brand guidelines as well as serve as an idea-driven conceptual thinker who excels at building lasting brand equity by translating design techniques into creative, engaging solutions. The Graphic Designer will partner with our brand teams to help design content with high visual impact. This person will manage a variety of projects, including e-commerce layouts, brochures, and product packaging.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred
  • Portfolio of previous brand work
  • 5 years of experience in a high paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Proven graphic design experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates expert graphic design skills with an expert level portfolio.
  • Conceptual thinker who can bring concepts to life from either creative brainstorming sessions with brand teams or written creative briefs.
  • Support brand strategies and objectives and ensure continuity across all visual assets
  • Think creatively and develop original design concepts, graphics and layouts that capture project briefs and target audience(s) through advanced application of typography, design, color and photography that reflect brand guidelines
  • Work cross-functionally to interpret and understand the long terms needs of the brand teams.
  • Manage production timeline, budget and creative review process. Develop and adjust work with review feedback.
  • Work multiple projects simultaneously of varying levels of complexity and medium as well as contribute to team efforts by meeting deadlines
  • Serve as a proactive and creative problem-solver who brings passion, enthusiasm and innovation to the team and overall organization
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Utilize Dragonfly software and partner with E-Commerce and Marketing brand managers to prioritize project workstreams.
  • Utilize Lighthouse our digital asset management system
