Summary / Objective 

You are our passionate leader for graphic design to our various consumer and commercial print and digital demands. In this role, you are responsible for the concept, design and implementation of creative when interacting with all Greenworks retailers and web users. You will work closely with the Creative Director, the entire marketing and sales teams, as well as other designers to ensure seamless design execution and the successful implementation of graphic design best practices and principles.

The successful candidate will have passion for delivering innovative, adaptive and creative design solutions by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in design.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Developing and conceptualizing comprehensive design solutions and strategies for the brand.
• 50% In-Store creative (heavily print based), 50% creative dedicated to web space
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our customers.
• Works within existing PowerPoint templates to create beautiful and legible presentations for our sales department.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Proofreads to ensure accurate and high-quality work.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years graphic design experience, or experience equivalent
• A portfolio of professional graphic design work for both print and digital platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong photography and photo editing skills
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Not Required, but nice to have…

• Experience with story boarding creative concepts and ideas
• Experience with Keyshot
• Experience with Sketch
• Experience with OPE is a plus

Supervisory Responsibility

 This role may have future management responsibilities for direct reports.

Work Environment

This position is located at Greenworks’ US headquarters in Mooresville, NC.

Travel

This position requires up to 20% travel, primarily domestic, but also international.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
2. Minimum of 5-year experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
