Job Description

What We Need:

In this role, the Graphic Designer will use their design skills to create proofs and production art for customer and vendor quotes and orders.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create proofs.
• Communicate with customers for approvals and revisions (both via email, phone and text).
• Create production art for proofs, custom orders and stock parts as needed.
• Create artwork for vendor items.
• Communicate with Vendors regarding purchase order and related artwork questions
• Resolve all clarifications related to artwork.
• Act as graphic art liaison for large value projects that require artwork, order forms, samples, etc.

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

• Graphic Design experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent grammar and spelling abilities.
• Extremely well organized.
• Willingness to work directly with our business customers to provide a seamless experience related to their custom product.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Ability to prioritize work based on business needs and move from task to task swiftly and effectively.
• Familiar with color management and color spaces including CMYK, RGB, and Pantone Colors.

Desired Knowledge, Skills Abilities:

• Knowledge of software such as Omega, Onyx, Adobe Illustrator for equipment used on manufacturing floors
• Ability to convert proofs to machine ready artwork to facilitate production
• Knowledge of SAP and configuration of custom parts
