Job Description:
We are looking for a creative graphic designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients' needs and design print and digital solutions with high visual impact. You will work on various products, including websites, presentations, books, eBlasts, infographics, corporate identity, etc. The ideal candidate will be capable of working within established design guidelines as part of a collaborative team and designing every facet of a project from scratch. This role will need to present their work to internal & external clients and collaborate closely with internal Product, Development, and Marketing teams to see their vision through to completion. Experience with interactive infographics is a plus.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design user flows, interfaces, and visuals to aid in a compelling Marketing Strategy across Arrow's digital properties.
- Create simple, clean, and elegant creative digital marketing materials that conform to client brand guidelines.
- Become a brand guideline expert for Arrow, looking to complement and enforce Arrow's established brand guidelines.
- Partner with engineering and development teams to implement designs and perform QA.
- Give and receive design feedback.
- Maintain the integrity of brand and design standards throughout all Arrow's digital properties.
- Work effectively with internal & external stakeholders to develop mock-ups and manage iterations.
- Identify, recommend, and implement the latest web technologies, tools, and services.
- Create thoughtful and impactful presentations.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
- Amend final designs to client's comments and gain full approval.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong portfolio of responsive web design work that shows an attention to detail, typography, color, and composition.
- 3+ years of experience in design, in an agency environment or as part of an in-house team.
- B.A. or B.S. in Graphic Design, Web Design, HCI, Art, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite CC, INDD, or equivalent industry tools.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills - must be able to present design solutions to internal clients and communicate both effectively and persuasively.
- Strong ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Knowledge of responsive/mobile web design conventions, user experience, web standards, optimization and best practices.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$74,000.00 - $103,400.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Colorado (Remote Employees)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
