We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join Core-VA, a company that provides offshore virtual assistants and US-licensed nurses to healthcare organizations. Whether freelance, part-time, or full-time, we are open to the right candidate who can balance precision with creative edge. 

The business is moving in an innovative way forward and the role demands the ability to modernize across both digital and print-based materials, ensuring Core-VA’s brand stands out across multiple touchpoints – from social media graphics to event collateral and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities: 

• Design high-quality visuals for both digital and print materials, including: 

• Social media posts, email campaigns, and digital ads 

• Presentation templates and pitch decks 

• Event collateral, brochures, flyers, and signage 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand strategy and goals 

• Maintain brand consistency while infusing creative elements to keep materials fresh and engaging 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and shifting priorities as needed 

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications: 

• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (digital and print) 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 

• Experience with social media graphics for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook 

• Ability to innovate within brand guidelines while maintaining professional consistency 

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory 

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time 

 

Creative Task – Showcase Your Talent: 

To help us gauge your creativity and style, we ask you to complete the following task: 

Creative Brief: 
Design a minimalistic social media post (Instagram or LinkedIn) that promotes Core-VA and encourages users to book a meeting. 

• Objective: Inspire action with a bold, minimal design that reflects Core-VA’s professional and approachable brand tone. 

• Guidelines: 

• Keep the visual elements clean and simple, with a strong focus on the message. 

• Ensure a clear call-to-action (CTA) encouraging users to book a meeting. 

• Use minimal text while delivering maximum impact. 

• Incorporate Core-VA’s brand identity (feel free to creatively interpret). 

Deliverable: Submit your social media post in PDF or JPEG format with a short explanation (max 150 words) about your design choices and how they align with Core-VA’s goals.
