This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer in Canada.

This role is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of visual design across both physical and digital touchpoints in a fast-paced, global environment. You will play a key role in shaping brand identity through packaging, marketing assets, and eCommerce visuals that drive engagement and sales. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform creative concepts and consumer insights into compelling, high-impact designs. The position combines creativity with strategic thinking, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding and performance-driven design. Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop packaging and labels that are visually impactful, compliant, and aligned with brand identity across retail and eCommerce channels
  • Create a wide range of marketing assets including product launch materials, sell sheets, retailer presentations, and promotional content
  • Produce high-performing digital creatives for eCommerce platforms, paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints
  • Translate marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative assets within tight timelines
  • Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in dielines, print specifications, and color management
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in CPG, branding, or eCommerce environments
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, digital marketing assets, and brand consistency
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Solid understanding of print production processes, dielines, and color management
    • Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling designs
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Nice-to-have:

      • Experience with Amazon listings, PDP imagery, and A+ content
      • Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflows
      • Experience working with printers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors
      • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for CPG packaging
