This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer in Canada.
This role is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of visual design across both physical and digital touchpoints in a fast-paced, global environment. You will play a key role in shaping brand identity through packaging, marketing assets, and eCommerce visuals that drive engagement and sales. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform creative concepts and consumer insights into compelling, high-impact designs. The position combines creativity with strategic thinking, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding and performance-driven design. Accountabilities:
- Design and develop packaging and labels that are visually impactful, compliant, and aligned with brand identity across retail and eCommerce channels
- Create a wide range of marketing assets including product launch materials, sell sheets, retailer presentations, and promotional content
- Produce high-performing digital creatives for eCommerce platforms, paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints
- Translate marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling visual storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners to deliver high-quality creative assets within tight timelines
- Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in dielines, print specifications, and color management
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in CPG, branding, or eCommerce environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, digital marketing assets, and brand consistency
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Solid understanding of print production processes, dielines, and color management
- Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling designs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Amazon listings, PDP imagery, and A+ content
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflows
- Experience working with printers, manufacturers, and packaging vendors
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for CPG packaging
