Seeking a dynamic, growth oriented Graphic Designer to bolster our design team as we look to ramp up the coverage and scope. The Graphic Designer will work collaboratively under the direction of the Senior Interactive Designer and Art Director to develop and support high quality marketing campaigns and initiatives for web, social, email, and print.
You will:
- Develop and design graphics, concepts and layouts for digital, print and web use
- Cull and edit photography in line with the MNTN brand identity for use on social and other marketing materials
- Name and organize project layers, templates and file folder structures for production
- Brainstorm, pitch, execute and iterate on design campaigns, projects and content pieces
- Identify trends and areas of opportunities to implement and/or learn and grow from
- Develop pitch decks for internal and external use
- Under the direction of the Art Director and Senior Interactive Designer, develop new, original graphics and design elements for future email, web and social campaigns
- Create new social and email designs from existing designs and/or templates
You have:
- 1-3 years of design experience
- Bachelor’s in graphic design preferred, but not required
- Baseline proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and Sketch
- Knowledge of Keynote and Google Slides
- Proficiency in AfterEffects is a major plus
- A creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects. (Website portfolio only)
- Strong eye for color, composition and typography
- Willingness to learn, grow and take constructive design feedback
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate and work well within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively and analytically
