Graphic Designer

The Graphic Design Specialist position will perform the following duties: • Proven graphic designing experience • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies ( Illustrator, Photoshop) • Highly proficient in all design aspects • Keeping in mind the mission and strategic goals of the department • Ability to have fun with there designs! Primary Responsibilities will include: • Work with a wide range of media and be proficient in graphic design software, including all Adobe programs • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas • Develop product illustrations, logos, website graphics, etc. as needed • Ability to carry projects from conception to completion within assigned timelines • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to take design direction and positively respond to feedback. Minimal Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. • Experience with video editing software is a bonus. • Minimum 1-3 years of full time Graphic Design experince • Previous experience in visual design or related fields is preferred. • A portfolio showcasing your design work is required for consideration.
