Graphic Designer, Apparel

AMIRI is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team! Reporting to the Director of Graphics, this position will play a pivotal role in supporting our Design team across the Menswear department. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and demonstrate a passion for creativity and innovation

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Organize and maintain design development, including artwork, trims, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Assemble and maintain presentation boards for meetings.
• Create professional digital and physical presentations.
• Generate color and graphic placement options.
• Collaborate with the Design team to research and develop concepts, colors, fabrics, and silhouette designs based on the global creative direction.
• Proactively research and identify trends and techniques aligned with the AMIRI aesthetic.
• Knowledge of graphic techniques and development for seasonal needs.
• Manage and adhere to a seasonal brief.
• Develop detailed tech packs with instructions for garment development and samples.
• Participate in fittings and correct technical details/sketches as needed.
• Work across multiple apparel seasons and divisions, including special projects.
• Establish efficient processes to ensure all deadlines are met in coordination with other department calendars, timelines, and deadlines.
• Propose innovative, creative graphic design solutions that elevate the AMIRI brand and ensure cohesive output in line with the Company's aesthetic and creative direction.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of design experience in graphic design for apparel.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design.
• Proficient in creating seamless patterns, artwork repeats and fabric specific pattern options.
• Familiarity with graphic print techniques, prints, and garment construction.
