Graphic Designer at Pacvue

As a Graphic Designer at Pacvue you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling marketing materials for our diverse audiences, including shoppers, Creators, and brand enthusiasts. Your creativity will shine as you bring to life a range of assets such as sales decks, emails, blog posts, paid media ads, social graphics, banners, event collateral, and invitations. 

Your Responsibilities Include: 

• Conceptualize and design creative solutions that not only meet the objectives of multi-channel campaigns but also elevate our brand presence. Work collaboratively to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and reinforce the unique expression of the LTK brand. 
• Demonstrate agility by executing on quick turnaround requests without compromising the quality or attention to detail of your designs. 
• Take ownership of the design production process, including editing, resizing, and formatting designs as required. Ensure all assets meet rigorous quality control standards. 
• Effectively utilize project management tools to organize and manage tasks, meet deadlines, and streamline approval processes. 

Salary and Benefits:

Skills And Requirements 

We are looking for a creative powerhouse with the following qualifications: 

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Office Suite, and Canva. A stellar portfolio showcasing your design prowess is a must. 
• Possess strong conceptual skills, a keen aesthetic sense, and expertise in layout and typography. Bring a broad perspective to offer a variety of design solutions, all characterized by craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. 
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Accurately estimate work, commit to deadlines, and communicate proactively when potential risks arise. 
• A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and clear communication skills. Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with a group of passionate creatives who care deeply about design and each other. 
• Some experience with Content Management tools is preferred. 
• Illustration skills would be a valuable addition to your toolkit. 
• Must be willing to work on GY/ Night Shift 
• Must be willing to work during PH holidays
