Graphic Designer – Brand & Marketing Creative
Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Creative Development
Design compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, website, social media, and product collateral.
Develop visual assets for presentations, pitch decks, reports, whitepapers, and event materials.
Provide creative support to executive leadership, including branded designs for investor decks, board presentations, internal communications, and high-visibility documents.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, maintaining Drive Health’s visual identity and tone.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to translate campaign strategies into engaging visual content.
Marketing & Product Support
Create on-brand assets for product launches, sales enablement, and customer success initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Product and Business Development, to deliver creative solutions aligned with company goals.
Provide creative input on content concepts, messaging, and user experience when applicable.
Design Operations & Creative Process
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates for internal use.
Stay informed of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure continuous creative improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within tech, healthcare, or startup environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in brand design, digital marketing, and creative storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and collaborative design tools like Figma or Canva.
Experience in motion graphics, simple animation, or video editing is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to uphold brand guidelines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
