Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing

About the Role

The Graphic Designer in our Digital Marketing team will create engaging assets for digital ad campaigns. This role will collaborate with PPC copywriters and brand teams to produce static and video ads that drive engagement clicks and conversions on digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Designing resizing and managing digital creative assets across various platforms including search display social media (organic and paid) YouTube email and landing pages.

• Testing and optimizing assets to enhance performance metrics.

• Ideating designing and creating digital assets such as static images videos and HTML for diverse platforms including search social media GDN and PMAX.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives ensuring the creation of compelling creatives that meet performance targets.

• Exploring and utilizing AI tools for generating images and video ads.

• Communicating effectively and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements manage expectations and deliver projects on time.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of digital/social media creative design experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Figma Adobe XD etc.

• Expertise in Mobile Specific Design Responsive Design and HTML.

• Skilled in video creating and editing proficient in crafting compelling visual narratives and editing video content across various platforms.

• Expertise in video editing a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce engaging videos that resonate with our audience.

• Knowledge of Google Web Designer DV360 Ad Templates a plus.

• Strong skills in typography illustrations layout and color theory.

• Deep understanding of digital creative best practices.

• Experience in cross-functional teamwork and meeting tight deadlines.

• Creative A/B testing video ads for YouTube channels data-driven design decisions.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to make data-driven design decisions.

• Bachelor’s in Design or a related field.
