About this position

The Graphic Designer - Hispanic Market is responsible for creative deliverables for use in product launches, sales incentives, events, and global campaigns from approved concepts specifically for the Hispanic market. The Graphic Designer will work to ensure brand and messaging consistency across audiences and channels.

What you'll do

• You create designs/layouts based on company specification and Hispanic market needs.
• You work directly with all internal clients to fulfill graphic, assigned web and social media design needs of the organization.
• You work with the Hispanic marketing, sales and training teams to develop materials that reflect the company and culturally-specific brand.
• You determine sizes and arrangements of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space and aesthetic design concepts.
• You manipulate photo/logo graphics in applicable programs. Pro-actively brainstorms and is capable of sharing input within a team environment.
• You suggests design concepts, thumbnails, revisions, and associated time frames needed to complete proposed graphics projects
• You execute deliverables from concept to final when applicable. Must be bi-lingual (Fluent in English/Spanish).

You should have

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
• You have 4-6 years in graphic design role and experience creating graphics in a corporate, freelance or agency setting.
• You must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.
• You possesses detailed understanding of print processes. Possesses an eye for detail and can accept constructive criticism.
• You highly motivated and has the ability to take on multiple projects and work with short deadlines.
• You proficiencies in a variety of design styles including print, web and social media channels required.
• You willingness to exhibit professional client, communication and collaboration skills within a corporate environment required.
• You proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite program experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must.
• You working knowledge of project management solutions such as Microsoft SharePoint, Basecamp or Workfront is a plus.
• You ability to mock up conceptual design ideas and effectively presents those ideas to internal clients. Produces accurate and high-quality graphic design work within the organization's tight deadlines.
