Graphic Designer-Intern

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer-Intern to join our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our global brand identity. This role will focus on creating compelling marketing and sales collateral, campaign assets, event materials, thought leadership content (such as white papers and infographics), social media posts, and videos. Additionally, you will support design, digital marketing, and project management across our brand websites (NucleusTeq, NuoData, and Fyndr).
Key Responsibilities:
Design:

• Create a wide range of marketing and sales materials, including but not limited to thought leadership, research reports, marketing and sales presentations, digital and campaign assets and social media posts
• Use design software and graphics editing tools, such as InDesign and Photoshop, to produce high-quality visuals
• Create compelling videos to bring our solutions to life and build awareness and engagement with our key audiences
• Ensure and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and channels

Collaboration + Creativity:

• Work closely with the global marketing team (and other departments as needed) to understand our brand identity and needs, and then provide creative design solutions
• Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure successful outcomes
• Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table for project

Quality Assurance & Project Management:

• Review and proofread design materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure alignment with project goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in design software and graphics editing tools, such as InDesign and Photoshop
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Digital marketing and UI/UX proficiency a plus
