In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and more. Key Responsibilities: • Develop innovative graphic designs for marketing campaigns, business presentations, and promotional materials that align with our brand identity. • Create engaging graphics for social media platforms that drive audience engagement and enhance brand visibility. • Work on various design projects including brochures, flyers, banners, and infographics while adhering to project timelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual content that meets project goals. • Utilize design software to create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts. • Keep abreast of industry trends and design best practices to present fresh and innovative ideas. • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them, ensuring all materials are polished and professional. Requirements • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design. • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software is a plus. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your creative process. • Typography & Color Theory: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in both design and project execution. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively. • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus. • Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is an additional advantage. • Experience in a digital marketing environment is preferred.
