Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer (Motion Specialist) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning animations and motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand message, engage our audience, and enhance our digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a multispecialty designer and have a strong portfolio showcasing work in motion design, animation, graphic design, presentations, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, collaborate with AmeriLife Studios and Creative Services teams to conceptualize and develop graphic and motion graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, product videos, and other multimedia projects.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories through motion graphics and animations.

• Design and animate dynamic typography, visual effects, and transitions to enhance video content.

• Create custom illustrations, graphics, and assets for use in motion graphics projects.
• Must be willing to serve as a multispecialty designed and assist in other graphic design projects when needed, including but not limited to print, digital/social media, presentations (PowerPoint and Keynote), and event collateral.
• Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques for motion graphics and animation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation, multimedia design, video production or a related field.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging and conceptually strong motion graphics and animations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creativity, storytelling, and pushing the boundaries of motion graphics and animation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of video editing and compositing techniques.
• Experience working in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Experience creating motion graphics for mobile platforms and social media channels
• Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling software such as Cinema 4D or Maya a plus
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video production, and/or graphic design.
