We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team of art directors and production artists who specialize in print design for displays, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing across multiple brands - including in-store displays, packaging, labels, and marketing initiatives. The candidate for this position should be familiar with various print methods, and be eager to learn about new capabilities and possibilities in this ever-changing market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Senior Art Director, creating high quality, competitive POS displays & retail engagements, both domestic and international
• Research and suggest innovative solutions and trends, designed for growth and success in this hyper-competitive environment
• Set the bar high and get there fast without sacrificing quality for speed
• Produce sketches and storyboards, to visualize ideas and concepts
• Create pixel perfect, print ready packaging and label designs
• Work with suppliers and vendors during all print-approval processes
• Ensure designs consistently align with the established brand guidelines
• Maintain and build upon look and feel, accuracy, functionality of each brand's identity
• Strong illustration and pre-press production skills a plus
• Continue to learn new tools and techniques that can be applied to your design, typography, composition and storytelling abilities
• Have no problem rolling up your sleeves and hustling in order to get the job done
• Be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the standard
• Exhibit a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Excel in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• 3+ years of experience in print design, with a portfolio of applicable creative work
• Strong knowledge of print design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and packaging design
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• 3D/CGI experience is a plus but not required
