In this role, you will be a key contributor to our team, utilizing your creative expertise to develop engaging graphics that reflect our brand's values. Your designs will play a significant role in communicating key messages across various platforms, encompassing everything from marketing materials to digital assets. Accountabilities

Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand across various platforms, including digital and print.

Marketing Collateral: Design eye-catching and effective marketing materials such as store signage, direct mail pieces, social media content, display ads, and web banners.

Digital Assets: Design engaging and user-friendly graphics for our website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.

Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that support company goals and enhance customer experience.

Quality Control: Ensure all designs are of the highest quality and align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the DTC, consumer goods or pet care industry.

Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and ability to produce high-quality work across different mediums.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
