Job Summary

We are a growing company, currently seeking dedicated, adaptable individuals to join Grimco. Grimco is anational wholesale sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has been around for over 145 years with

50+ locations in the United States, 8 in Canada, and recent expansion into the United Kingdom. The Junior Graphic Designer will primarily focus on supporting the creative direction of our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both print and digital media, intermediate knowledge of marketing campaigns, from conception to deployment, and the ability to take written and verbal directions and convert them into images, layouts, and fully developed designs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Scale and rebrand print materials including spec sheets, direct mailers, flyers, etc.
• Scale and rebrand digital graphics, display ads, social graphics, email and web for marketing campaigns and event-specific promotions for all Grimco Brands.
• Any other design and creative tasks needed depending on demand.
• Maintain brand guidelines in all assets.
• Ability to work with the marketing team to communicate the stakeholder's needs and message.
• Stay up to date on marketing trends, best practices, and methods.
• Welcome input and constructive ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a creative field.
• Previous experience in agency graphic design is a plus.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud mainly involving: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Other Characteristics

• Knowledge of Google Web Designer, Adobe Express, Canva or Figma.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to create new and innovative solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced multi-priority environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and organize job responsibilities and priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a Worldwide Brand.

• Focused training time at our corporate headquarters in Sunset Hills, MO.
• Split between break-out session and hands-on learning environment.
• Full-time salary includes training period. Travel accommodations and expenses provided per Grimco National Travel Policy.
