As a Graphic Designer, Creative champion for the brand, pulling insights, strategy and critical thinking into design projects of all sizes. Excited, engaged and experienced Designer responsible for delighting customers by creating engaging, and exciting visual content and experiences as they relate to marketing deliverables; responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative solutions that meet business objectives in a timely manner; will work closely with Creative Marketing Manager to understand and translate ideas into memorable brand experiences and marketing communications.

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
  • Apply graphic design principles to creating solutions, with exceptional creativity and problem solving skills at the forefront, to all divisional marketing needs across both print and digital channels.
  • Create or oversee the generation of all externally-facing communication assets including, but not limited to, packaging, signage, store collateral, email, website, print and digital advertising, organic social media, and other promotional materials.
  • Present all creative designs and engage in meaningful conversation regarding all solutions with product managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing needs of all channel partners including, but not limited to distributors, dealerships, mass and online retailers.
  • Support all divisional product related photoshoots in both art direction and coordination support, and related tradeshows in design, vendor coordination and final file output.
  • Lead the process of having studio and location photography retouched and processed by an outside vendor while maintaining the relationship.


What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field.
  • Three or more years of related professional experience.
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to correctly build files for print and online production.
  • Experience with collaboration/project management tools like Asana.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to communicate and work effectively across levels and departments, where flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency are important
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
