Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Position: Graphic Designer Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work closely with our customer service and product manufacturing teams to create product mockups and production-ready files based on client requests, ensuring that proofs are practical and feasible for production. Key Responsibilities: • Create production ready artwork for screen printing, laser and full color printing. • Create imprinted product proofs based on client specifications and client-supplied artwork. • Ensure designs align with actual printing capabilities, adjusting as necessary and addressing client concerns. • Effectively communicate design issues to clients. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements: • Experience as a designer in a similar role. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.) • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. • Excellent critical thinking skills. • Able to work on a PC. • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred. This is NOT a remote position. This position is full-time in-house.
