The Position

Rev is looking for a Graphic / Visual Designer to create on-brand visual content in a variety of mediums. This role will require the entire creative process from initial requirements to deliverables. The Graphic / Visual Designer will visualize, concept, and create engaging graphics utilizing illustrations, icons, typography, and stock photography. You will be responsible for shaping the visual elements of Rev’s marketing materials, websites, digital advertising, social campaigns, presentations, print materials, and other supporting media. Your work should capture those who see them, but also communicate with the voice of our brand. To be successful at this you will need to have strong design fundamentals and be able to translate design requirements into high quality visuals.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Study design briefs / design requirements of assigned projects
• Conceptualize, draft, and present ideas to stakeholders
• Have open communication about your work and able to take feedback and iterate
• Produce high quality digital content for web, mobile, and print
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and engineering teams ideate on interaction design, responsive design, information hierarchy, and voice.
   

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Adept with modern design tools

  • Figma
  • Creative cloud
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills, design articulate
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability under pressure
• Degree in Design or sufficient experience
• 4+ years work experience
