What You’ll Bring to The Team:
We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who loves working on heavy digital efforts to help take Florence to the next level on our mission of producing the highest-quality original content in clinical research.Â
This person is a strong visual storyteller with excellent creative execution skills who can take newly formed brand guidelines and build an expansive visual library for Florence and our new Research Revolution brand across social, website, ads, events and print. There will be a heavy emphasis on illustration and website execution!
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role will implement the strategy for how we develop and deliver our brand voice into the market through. (½ Designer, ½ Web Implementation).
We are looking for candidates who can operate within Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Wordpress and other graphic design applications. Please submit a portfolio of your past work when applying to this job.
You will:Â
- Design digital & print marketing materials across core channels - partner with Brand Director on scope, own delivery
- Partner with content marketing, product marketing, demand generation, community, and growth marketing to develop creative + web assets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong collaboration with product design to create consistency across the brand
- Contribute to layout, typography, illustration, and photography decisions as brand identity evolves
- Responsible for maintaining website updates and maintenance - posting blogs, creating landing pages, and uploading contentÂ
- Partner with demand generation to optimize web experience for prospect journeysÂ
- Be a steward of our brand guidelinesÂ
- Take direction from marketing leadershipÂ
- Adhere to project deadlines
An Ideal Candidate is/has:
- 2+ years of graphic design, web design & implementation
- Creative mindset to understand strategic marketing objectives and turn them into graphic/illustrative ideas and assets
- Fast moving – we are in a high-growth company and need to produce content quickly
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design strongly preferred
- Experience in entry-level or above graphic design role
- Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, Webflow. Nice to have: experience with 3D software, or willingness to learn
- Web Design // Implementation experience - Worpress, Website Design Principles– or at least willingness to learn
- Role is mostly remote, but able to drive to HQ in Atlanta a few times per quarter
