GRC Archer Business Analyst

Job Description:

Facilitating requirement gathering for the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) use cases. • Act as an intermediary between the business partners, system vendors and GRC team. • Elicit requirements using interviews, process flow diagrams, user stories and business analysis. • Act as a liaison between the GRC Team and business partners using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements. • Proactively communicate and collaborate with manager and project manager to analyze user needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirement Document, User Stories, Product Backlog and Process Flow Diagrams, Acceptance Criteria) • Partner with project stakeholders from gathering requirements, creating user stories, overseeing feature prototypes, testing features and conducting User Acceptance Testing
