Position Summary:
SHEIN Global Security & Risk Management is a global security organization that oversees security infrastructure, risk management, data privacy, governance and regulatory compliance across SHEIN's global footprint. The GRC Communications & Training Sr. Analyst, a thought leader residing within our security organization, is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and championing the security and privacy awareness and training program and initiatives. This position will be part of a team of governance, risk, and compliance experts and work directly with business units and partners across the organization to meet our global communications and training needs.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and delivering awareness content to target audiences, an understanding of general security technologies and best practices, and familiarity with global data protection laws and regulations. This role must collaborate effectively with development, engineering and operations counterparts as well as internal and external partners to promote a culture of security, privacy and risk awareness across the organization to protect SHEIN data, services, and information assets.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, maintain, and champion the security and privacy awareness program, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with corporate partners such as IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and Legal to develop and deliver content for ongoing awareness, communication, and training programs.
• Collaborate with business units and partners to tailor awareness content for different regions as needed.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to develop, implement, and manage the learning management system for security and privacy.
• Develop metrics to report and improve on the effectiveness of the awareness program and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of company policies and relevant industry standards to incorporate into the awareness strategy, program, and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years experience developing and deploying awareness programs, preferably with international experience in an e-commerce or technology related industry
• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in communications, information security, organizational development, business or related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex and technical issues to all levels of personnel
• Extensive experience in creating communications and training materials
• Experience in communications strategy and program management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordingly
• High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturity
• Relevant security certifications, such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA are desirable
• Knowledge of security and data privacy standards, regulations and guidelines such as ISO 27k, NIST, CIS, GDPR, CCPA, ePrivacy Directive, or PCI DSS is desirable
Pay: $75,300.00 min. - $114,800.00 max annually, Bonus offered.
