What success looks like in this role:

• In this role you will manage the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs for Unisys Digital Workplace Solutions, including ISMS management, risk assessments, metrics creation and management, and audit coordination/facilitation across DWS.
• You will have the opportunity to lead activities to achieve and maintain certifications (ISO 27001), design and implementation of governance processes, and coordination of various stakeholders.
• Team environment – The DWS cybersecurity team is highly collaborative, self-motivated, and driven to create a security culture.
• You have a high degree of accountability for managing your day to day activities with minimal supervision.
• You are skilled at collaboration and working across groups with competing priorities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). 
• Key Skills:
  • Expert in ISO 27001 ISMS management. Additional risk frameworks are a plus (e.g., SOC 2, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP)
  • Expert in performing risk assessments
  • Significant experience participating in and facilitating internal and external audits
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Highly analytical and curious/innovative
