Principal Accountabilities

• Complete monitoring / verifying knowledge of two or more TS monitoring area(s)
• SOP training sign off for general TS training and for all monitoring checks in two or more area(s)
• Competency Training - Acceptable direct observation per SOP training Sign off
• Other duties assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Must have Microsoft Excel Skills
• Able to lift, pull, and push 40 pounds
• Have the flexibility and availability for shift coverage based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Past food safety/quality experience in the processing industry
• Leadership experience in a processing facility environment
