Groundskeeper/Custodian

This position is Job description Responsibilities • Clean and supply designated vacant units (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Ensure curb appeal for exterior areas of property • Make adjustments and minor repairs • Stock and maintain supplies • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Skills • Proven working experience as a janitor or maintenance assistant • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Ability to pass criminal background check • Integrity and ability to work independently • High school degree Job Type: Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Ability to Commute: • Garland, TX 75042 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Garland, TX 75042: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
