RESPONSIBILITIES
As Group Director of Client Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue for Kroger Precision Marketing through the growth and development of client partnerships via the Shopper Marketing & National Media and Agency organizations. Your sales experience, coupled with your digital media & Retail media industry expertise will foster strong client relationships, ultimately driving incremental revenue for the company. In addition, this role is responsible for strong alignment and execution of the client plan with an Account Executive team that is developing new relationships at headquarters. This role will require robust knowledge of media offerings to ensure customers are provided with proper service and insights.
To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable leading, developing and inspiring a team, frequently participating in industry events, and driving awareness at scale for Kroger Precision Marketing's suite of media solutions.

This job will focus on several key initiatives:
- Responsible for strategic development of client's business inclusive of Brand, E-Commerce, Shopper Marketing and Agency teams.
- Work in partnership with VP of Sales, AE's, Agency, and Programmatic Teams to reach/exceed KPM revenue targets
- Lead, develop and motivate Account Executive team thru a dynamic and fast-pace environment
- Work cross-functionally across 84.51° divisions, specifically KPM's Agency, Programmatic, Account Management, Campaign Management, Data Science and Product Strategy & Innovation Teams
- Establish KPM as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of all client and agency constituents
- Oversee client direct Joint Business Partnerships
- Drive awareness for KPM by frequent participation in Conferences, Podcasts, Webinars and Networking Events
- Manage the total client relationship with a focus on C-Suite and Executive Leadership Teams
- Remain current on agency and advertiser expectations, digital media table stakes and industry demands
- Be at the forefront of supporting the strategic development of KPM sales' go to market strategy and work to ensure it meets the needs of the client community
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and must possess the following:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10+ years of digital media and advertising sales experience
- Proven results of driving and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to navigate agency teams and identify key influencers and champions
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of the e-commerce, search and programmatic media landscape
- Existing client and agency relationships preferred
- Open to travel
