Job Description (Posting).

Experience managing large engagements in the capacity of Service Delivery Manager.Strong understanding of Infrastructure services which includes Hybrid Coud, Network Services, Database, End User computing Services and Cross Functional Services.Ability to hold technology discussions with customer on Infrastructure Support Services.Work with globally dispersed teams.Responsible for ensuring that the agreed SLAs are delivered to the customer.Good Reporting and Analytics skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills required.Good understanding of IT org structures and ability to connect with customer IT leadership.Identify additional business opportunities at existing customer environment.Work with all internal teams including Sales, presales, COEs and support functions. Act as Single point of contact for customer.Must have started the career in one of the Infrastructure Technology streams.Excellent communication skills.Experience working in a matrix organization.Relevant certifications a plus.
