Your Role and Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the transition and integration of all workstreams for all Waves from HR/Payroll BPO Clients to IBM.
• Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of IBM resources to ensure consistent performance to meet all project objectives.
• Coordinates requirements and deliverables as needed with IBM Client’s counterpart.
• Responsible for performance cost scope schedule quality and appropriate business measurements for the overall Transition project according to the project plan or charter.
• Enables the Transition Management System and Governance
• Provides overall direction to workstream transition leads on integrated project plan and program management processes (status reporting risk and issue management reporting transition deliverables management etc.).
• Interlocks project plan across workstreams and responsible for integration of process design across all workstreams.
• Responsible for creation of overall strategy documents applied across all IBM Delivery Centers and workstreams (ie test strategy cutover strategy etc.)
• Responsible for management and reconciliation of transition cost against approved cost case.
• Escalation point for issues and risks prior to escalation to IBM Delivery leadership as defined by project escalation procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• +10 Years in BPO Transition Management with at least two FTEs Payroll implementation as overall Transition Integration Manager

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• +10 Years experience in transitioning across all HR BPO areas of service: Talent Acquisition Onboarding Contact Center Employee Data Management Learning & Development Compensation & Benefits
