Job Description
As the Group Product Manager, you will work closely with Product Managers and partner with our team of talented software engineers, UX/UI designers, data engineers and solutions engineers to deliver new features and product enhancements. This is a player/coach position in which you'll have the opportunity to take ownership and play a critical role in our company's growth. You'll own our Alarm Management, Event Notification, and Integration product line focused on delivering a high quality product by understanding the competitive landscape, market gaps, and user needs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of alarm, alert and event management technology in a hospital environment, as well as experience in product management, strategy development, and cross-functional team collaboration. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Integration: Working with integration partners, utilizing standards like HL7 as well as proprietary protocols, in order to ingest source data
- Clinical Workflow: In collaboration with our clinical team, develop the capabilities necessary to implement clinical workflows that result in an improved patient and caregiver experience
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives, market trends, and customer needs
- Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions
- Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, considering factors such as market needs, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and technical feasibility
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and features
- Product Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market plans, product positioning, messaging, and collateral to effectively communicate product value to customers
- Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to enable their success in selling the product, including developing sales training materials, delivering product demos, and supporting the sales process
- Product Performance: Monitor product performance and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and growth
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences, and use this information to inform product decisions
- Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings, and use this information to drive product innovation and differentiation
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in a product management capacity in the software industry
- Strong knowledge in healthcare technologies, preferably with deep experience in alerts and alarms in acute care settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external customers
- Experience working with clinicians in acute care settings understanding workflows and how they impact patient outcomes
How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
- We are targeting a base salary from $127,700-$241,000
- You will also be eligible to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
